Prompt Library / terms

Prompt Library terms of use

Conditions for using the template library, reviewing drafts, and controlling your saved content.

Effective 13 October 2026

Operator and purpose

Prompt Library is operated by Abdallah Arslan. These terms apply to use of the application. It helps you organize templates, review filled fields, and copy a prompt. Contact arslan.abdallah@gmail.com for support or questions about these terms.

Free use and availability

The operator charges no fee for this release of Prompt Library, and the app has no payment or purchase flow. Your access to ChatGPT or other third-party services remains subject to their own plans, limits, and terms. Availability depends on the hosting service and the version supported by your host. Continuous availability and a fixed support response time are not promised.

Your content and review responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you provide. Provide only content you are entitled to use and permit the operator and hosting providers to process it as needed to perform the app functions you request, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing the final prompt, confirming inferred values, and deciding where to use or share it.

Source labels describe how a field was supplied; they do not guarantee that it is correct. Templates and drafts are starting points and do not replace professional advice. The app does not execute prompts, schedule jobs, send team messages, or independently search your full chat history.

Acceptable use and data controls

Use the app lawfully and comply with the applicable ChatGPT and hosting-service policies. Do not attempt to access another user's library, submit malicious content, interfere with the service, or store credentials, payment-card data, protected health information, or other information unsuitable for the hosting service. Prompt Library is only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use it if you are under 18. The eligibility notice does not technically verify your age.

You can export your saved library records and explicitly confirm deletion of active app data through Your Data. Deletion cannot restore copied or exported content or erase a ChatGPT conversation or provider backups immediately. Keep your own copies of content you need, and read the privacy policy for the data practices that apply.

Open source, changes, and legal rights

The public source code is provided under its MIT license. That license applies to the code; these terms and the privacy policy describe the hosted application. Publication of source code does not imply approval or endorsement by OpenAI or a ChatGPT directory listing.

The operator may update these terms as the app changes and will identify changes on this page. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
